Yolanda V. Wright

Yolanda Wright serves as the founder and CEO of Gamechanger Logistics & Consulting LLC, an SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, and a Texas Veterans Heroes United in Business (VET Hub) designated entity.

She is a senior-level logistics and supply chain professional, resilience coach, and leadership developer with over 30 years of combined military and civilian experience. Yolanda specializes in building high-performing teams through disciplined execution, strategic leadership, and a motivational, people-centered approach that drives measurable organizational success.

Strategic Logistics. Proven Leadership.

Yolanda served over 23 years in the United States Army, rising from Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer (E-1 to E-7) to Commissioned Officer (2LT to MAJ). She commanded a unit within the 82nd Sustainment Brigade at Fort Bragg, NC, and completed her military career in 2017 with numerous awards and commendations.

Her operational experience includes deployments in support of the United Nations Mission in Haiti and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF 08–09) as part of a Military Transition Team (MITT).

Operational Excellence Through Disciplined Execution.

Yolanda holds an Executive MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Campbell University, and advanced certifications in Instruction, Curriculum Development, and Master Resiliency Training.

Following her military career, she worked with Boeing Houston supporting the International Space Station program as a Sub-System Logistics Engineer, overseeing Communication & Tracking systems, Payload Facility operations, and Crew Healthcare hardware.
